The Team Photo Package

I can accept most methods of payment such as credit card, cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, and ACH.

One bulk payment is expected per team. Typically, the organization collects and pays or has a parent or team representative per team collect payments from everyone and will submit a single bulk payment prior to the team photo session. This greatly improves my workflow and concentration during the photo session and helps keep both the time and cost down overall.

Reminder, the flat rate is required for every player being photographed. If someone can’t or doesn’t want to pay, they either are not included, or the group needs to negotiate how to pay for that athlete.

One week, or as soon as possible, prior to the scheduled photo day, please provide a roster in the form of a spreadsheet for each team including each player by name, number, and position. Also include each coach by position such as head coach, assistant coach, etc.

If ordering add on products, such as baseball cards, please include desired information for each player such as, DOB, Batting average, favorite slogan, etc.

Photos of coaches are taken for a team photo at no charge. I also include a photo of any coaches with their children on the team at no extra charge. Siblings within the same team/organization are photographed together at no additional charge assuming both are paid.

At this price point, the designer will choose and customize templates which are in stock or that purchased as needed. The design and layout is chosen based on what the designer feels works best with the team branding, players and images captured.

I do have sample templates of available designs if you’d like to pick a base look for your team however the final design, colors and overall look will be customized as the designer sees fit. This should be discussed prior to any work being completed.

I provide a proof before printing any products. Any change requests to the overall design and/or banner not due to mistakes such as misspellings, missing/duplicate athletes, or missing sponsors will be billable at a rate of $100 per hour for each revision request with a minimum of one hour and then billed in 15 minute increments. After proofing is approved and the banner/products have been ordered, any cost for reprinting due to mistakes or change orders resulting from proofing mistakes will be the full responsibility of the team/organization at $7.50 per square foot for banners. For additional products, proofing mistakes will result in full retail price to replace and will not include the bulk discounts given on team package orders.

I need to know about any sponsor information for addition to the banner prior to beginning the banner design process as these items could add to your cost. Only a limited number of sponsors will fit on a 4x6 banner unless there are no minimum size restrictions for the sponsor logos/text. If additional banner space is required for adding sponsors, The additional space and design time can be purchased at $7.50 per square foot plus tax on either the bottom or side of the banner. Adding sponsor information after the design process has been started or during the proofing phase will result in an additional hourly fee of $100.00 plus an additional $7.50 per square foot if space is required on the banner.

Player/coach names are not included in the banner design but can be added for $5.00 plus tax per player/coach name. This must be requested and paid for prior to the design process. 

I don’t include coaches on the banners as it takes space away from the kids and makes everyone much smaller on the banner. I will add coach images to the banner if requested prior to beginning the design.

I have a specific set of 5-8 poses I do with each athlete. Athletes are also encouraged to come up with their own unique poses. With the process used, poses must be standing and should typically include either a full or side profile of faces. Jersey backs are ok and typically work well. Note: I will take photos of any reasonable pose an athlete wants, but may not deliver the photo if the athlete is not standing or showing their face as those can cause problems with the software used.

Athletes should arrive in front of the camera in a clean full uniform including their game shoes and any game day equipment to be used ready for photos. Athletes may bring and use additional props if they would like such as glasses, rings, team spirit items and personal items, as long as they are approved by the team.

Designers choose the best image for display on add on products according to the design and product. If parents would like to choose their add on product images, please add $10.00 to the pricing for each athlete/product.

Parents may order additional products at the group rate at the time of the team order. I will provide an order for for teams to fill out.

I pride myself on quick turnaround times however both business, the products ordered, and the proofing process dictate the actual amount of time it takes to complete a job. I typically get into the proofing phase within 5-7 business days for a basic project and make proof revisions within 1-2 business days.
