About

Hi, I’m Dennis

I've had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember. It all started in 1985 with a blue and yellow Fisher-Price camera that used 110 film. That little camera sparked a lifelong passion for photography.

In 2009, I took my hobby to the next level with the purchase of my first DSLR. But in 2010, the passing of my wife put everything on pause. While that time was incredibly difficult, it deepened my understanding of how precious memories are—and strengthened my drive to capture them.

In 2015, I picked up my old camera again. It broke the first time I used it. So in 2016, after nearly a year of saving and researching, I invested in a new camera and some lenses. I began photographing my kids’ sporting events, sharing the photos, and reconnecting with the joy photography brings.

Today, I’ve taken over a million photos, been published in both local and national publications, and traveled across the U.S. and England for photography work. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, sports teams, leagues, and businesses.

One quote that sums up my love for photography comes from Missy Mwac:
“If you don’t think photos are important, wait until they are all you have left.”

Every day I get to do this is a gift.
Thanks for stopping by.
